ordered a book on 30th July 2025 and paid for 3-5 days delivery. Book only arrived 20th August 2025. I had to keep messaging them because they lack the decency to update if there were issues with my order. As a muslim business, extremely disappointing to see the lack of amanah in fulfilling my order. No accountability, no responsibility at all. If you keep this up, there will be no barakah in your business.
